Are my videos uploaded anywhere?

No. All video tools run entirely in your browser. Your files are never sent to a server and stay private to you.

How large a video file can I use?

Most tools accept files up to 1 GB. Very large files are processed in your browser so speed depends on your device.

Why does video processing take longer than audio?

Video files are much larger and the codec work is more intensive. The tools run the full encoding in your browser, which keeps your file private but takes a little longer than a server-side tool.

Which video formats are supported?

The tools work with MP4, WebM, MOV, MKV and other formats your browser can decode. MP4 is the most widely supported output format.

Can I merge videos that have different resolutions or frame rates?
