Are my audio files uploaded anywhere?

No. All audio tools run entirely in your browser. Your files are never sent to a server and stay private to you.

Which audio formats are supported?

The converter handles MP3, M4A, WAV, OGG and FLAC. Most tools accept any common audio format your browser can decode, which includes MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG, FLAC and WebM.

Can I record audio directly in the browser?

Yes. The Voice Recorder uses your device microphone to capture audio and lets you download the recording straight away.

How does the Instrument Tuner work?

It listens to your device microphone, detects the pitch using autocorrelation, and shows the nearest note with a cents reading and a visual needle so you can tune by eye.

Why does audio conversion sometimes take a moment?

The conversion runs a full audio codec in your browser, which takes a little longer than a server-side tool but keeps your file private. Larger files and lossless formats like FLAC take slightly longer.

Is there a file size limit?

Most tools accept files up to 1 GB. Very large files are processed in your browser so speed depends on your device.
