Is my invoice data uploaded anywhere?

No. The invoice, the PDF and the Word file are all built in your browser, including any logo or images you add. Nothing is sent to a server and there is no account.

Does it remember my invoice number?

Yes. The invoice number is saved in your browser and automatically moves to the next number each time you download, so your sequence keeps going. You can edit it any time and the new value is remembered.

How do I add and edit text or images?

Use add text or add image, then drag the element to any spot on the page. Click it to select it, and a panel appears in the form where you change the text, size, colour, alignment, width, or delete it.

Can I save my own template?

Yes. Set up the design, colours, page size and any text or images you placed, then save it as a named template. It is stored in your browser and you can load or delete it later, on the device you saved it on.

PDF or Word, and which page sizes?

You can download a PDF or a Word .doc, in A4, A3, A5, Letter or Legal. The Word file embeds a high-resolution image of the invoice so it looks identical to the PDF, including anything you placed by hand.
