How to use Watermark your PDF
Add your file
Drop your PDF or Word file onto the upload area, or tap the area to choose it from your device.
Set the options
Choose Apply to pages. Every setting is on screen before you add a file, so you can see what the tool will do before it runs.
Run it and save
Press + Logo. The button stays disabled until there is something to work on, and each file shows its own progress and result. Press Save watermarked PDF, Don. Each finished file keeps a name based on the one you started with, so you can tell the versions apart.

Are my PDF and logo uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDF and any logo stay in your browser on your device. Nothing is sent to a server.
Does the watermark go on every page?
Yes. You arrange the watermarks once and they are applied to every page. Use the page strip under the canvas to preview how it looks on any page.
Can I add more than one watermark?
Yes. Add as many text watermarks and logo images as you like, then drag to place them, use the corner handle to resize, the top handle to rotate, or tap a position preset.
Will it change the text in my PDF?
No. The watermark is drawn on top of each page as an overlay, and the original page content is kept underneath.
Can the watermark be removed later?
It is stamped onto the pages in the saved file, so it behaves like a printed watermark rather than a layer that can be toggled off.
